If Texas can't keep the lights and heat on during a brief winter storm, how do they expect to secede from the Union?

So what do you do when all the oil refineries close down as well because of the weather? The complaints have to go to Gov. Abbott and the Texas legislature for going cheap on the power grid infrastructure. That's what's causing the blackouts.
