Could this be referring to the 3 gorges dam? I’ve seen some news of high water levels and possible collapse

They've been talking about the 3 gorges dam for a couple years now.

IMO, they'll blow it when they need a good disaster FF to drum up sympathy -- and donations -- for China on the world stage.
