Qclock resources anyone?

Anyone have any good resources they can share for understanding the qclock? I've been searching, but some stuff just seems like junk. And given I don't know what I don't know, tough to validate what I'm seeing.

I ran through it, but again, hard to tell what is right and what is junk. I'll dig into this tonight. Thank you!!
