It was a grandstand for viewing the parade that never happened because the dems made DC into an armed camp. Not to mention the fact that only half a dozen people would have shown up for a parade for pedo bidan.

Thanks. That's what I figured. It just seemed like maybe a little excessive for a parade that was going to get cancelled and only 5 people would show up to anyway. Combined with all of the other theories put out there, I just wanted to verify.
