Will they maybe take a case? Sure. Will the election be overturned and the plan enacted via SCOTUS? I really doubt it.

I never claimed the election would be overturned.

What I do claim is something will happen on the 19th.

Okay, then I should say my definition of a "happening" would include mass arrests, The Plan being enacted and revealed to all, and the election being overturned. Knowing nothing will comes from SCOTUS I think it's safe to assume nothing with come out of Friday other than they will pretend to hear a case in the future that we all know will lead to nothing.
