The web site is full of old articles, was this Putin banning them posted anywhere else?
I get that it's great that he had the stones to ban the CB from his country even as far back as 2016 but that was likely after he knew Hillary wouldn't win. If she did win, we all know the DS would have started a war with Russia. I do think this adds to the idea he's well aware of the overall plan and might have been more involved than we think.
However, if they did this today it'd mean more to me that the current plan is really moving forward.
