Edit: I don't blame the OP on gab for taking it down. If he pointed his weapon at someone, even being on his property, it could be used against him as proof of aggravated assault. This is unfortunate because we need to be able to defend our property w/o fear of reproduction.
I said "if". I did not say he did, I simply don't know "if" he did or not. I was just making a generalized statement about how videos can be used as evidence.
BTW, had that of been me, the gun would have been pointed at him.
I know you hadn't seen the video but I had and I was simply making it clear that he didn't point the weapon at the perp. Hence that wasn't the reason they would have taken the video down.
