Lee Strobel, in his "Case for Christ" book, noted that Jesus's apostles were imprisoned, exiled, and killed for continuing to preach about his place as the Messiah. The fact that they had more knowledge of him than anyone, he argued, meant that they knew the truth, and that they would never risk such persecution for what they KNEW to be a lie. So, he concludes, they must not have been lying.
In the same vein, if Jake Tapper thinks that Q is a complete lie, then he must think Anon have zero power or influence. Why, then, would Kayleigh bother to appeal to them? Wouldn't she be inviting persecution for something she knows is a lie? So his own accusation either proves himself a liar (she's not courting Q Anon with that post) or it gives credence to Q.
