I received one of these on my phone on Jan. 20th, never before and never since until today. I jumped up hoping this was the military's notification that joe & the hoe are in military custody but it's just a test. Just curious if anyone else has received the same...

By default, test alerts are disabled within the US on all carriers. You can enable this by dialing 500525371# into your phone and call it. To disable just type 500525370# into your phone and hit dial (This was taken from apple support documentation here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202743
