Vioxx was one of them, that was about 20 years ago. Just because the FDA approves something, doesn't make it safe.

Wow, and here I was thinking it couldn't get any stupider than wearing a mask in your car alone...I was wrong!

Wonderful verse - if I may, here is the King James Version:

37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. 38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? 39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. 40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

Jesus, that's who. :)

LOL so it wasn't just me who noticed that. That's OK, though, he's gotta stay healthy to produce the beef for the rest of us. :) I'll give him a pass.

Agreed, fren. I couldn't believe the shit they pulled with my husband. And honestly, the last (2nd) time he got laid off from there, he went back to his former industry and got happier in general almost overnight. He was always miserable there, now he loves what he does. And he makes a lot more money now. He's better off. At least his boss now appreciates him and shows it. It was through his experience with CSX that I realized why people say you get "railroaded" when you get screwed over - they exemplify that term.

A lot of them are, to be sure, but it seems these teachers are trying to fight for these kids who are stuck in the middle of all this. There's a lot of argument for sticking around and fighting for what's right instead of jumping ship. If they leave, it doesn't make the system any less corrupt.

yeah that concerned me too - that might be actually only for horses.

No worries at all there. I assume everyone here just speaks from experience.

I thought maybe those two things were ingredients, but you make a good point, they are most likely adjectives describing what the stuff does. Thanks for the viewpoint! :)

Yeah I feel a lot better having that back up. Also we have a gas station that actually fills them up all the way, which is nice. Not surprisingly, they are a family owned, very American gas station - flags everywhere and I always get compliments on my patriotic t-shirts when I go in there. Also I have a camping grill with at least 4 smaller propane tanks for that, as it's portable and if we had to bug out, I could fit that into the car. Meijer sells a 4 pack of those camping grill propane tanks for like $16 or something, very reasonable.

There's got to be some reason they're still married. I'm not trying to feel sorry for that cunt, but he publicly cheated on her when he was POTUS - regular women leave their husbands for less. I always wonder what keeps those two married.

You are right about it being hard to understand - that's literally why I'm taking the class! :) Yes the NIV seems to be the most removed from what I'm learning.

Wow - ask and you shall receive! :) Thank you, fren! I was just looking at Tractor Supply Co's website and they're all sold out of the paste (except for a box of 20 for $179). I'm seeing one at farmvet.com that is ivermectin but also has anthelmintic and boticide in it - do you know if those are safe to consume? Are those contained within the one you took?

I am taking a Bible class right now, and this past week's lesson was about the vast differences between the King James Version of the Bible and all the others. Pastors from my church have actually sat down to read different excerpts from each of the versions compared with the KJV, and found that so much language has changed, not just to update for current vernacular, but actual chapters were completely missing from the newer versions. So just FYI, I had no idea until I took this class either, and I wonder how many other Christians are unaware as well. I guess that's why I felt compelled to ask.

I have an extra tank in the basement in case SHTF, so I can still cook without power. Ammo & propane, you won't go hungry.
