He does look bad, but I refuse to say anything about him. If you feel the urge to do so, you might want to go look at Twitter to see the evil being spoken of about Rush. It angered me so badly I used language I seldom use. In all honesty, I don't believe it is our place to speak ill of the dead. God will sort it all out better than we can.
Matthew 7:1-5
1Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
Galatians 6:1
"Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted."
There's a difference in correcting someone with a gentle heart and hypocritically attacking them. Contrary to popular belief the bible doesn't condemn judging others. In fact we are called to judge. Righteous judgement is different than unrighteous judgment.

Hey man, good for you for encouraging us to be better people.
Iron sharpens iron. We need to be disciplined and correct each other on our walk with Christ. That's why fellowship is so important.
