Nah. We don't need no stinkin’ official document. We have to MAKE it true.

This is America. If we can keep it. They govern us only by consent. Once we remember that they work for us, we can end these unconstitutional, illegal, tyrannical measures that are wiping out small businesses, killing our elderly, traumatizing our kids, and deadening our souls.
