Noticed that. How can there be two Biden’s? We know the answer but many are waking up!

I rewatched the video and it looks like his right ear is attached and his left ear is unattached. Could this just be explained by plastic surgery? I still believe there's a fake biden but not sure if this is evidence of it anymore.
