We had an ice storm in toronto that knocked out power for like 2 weeks in worse weather than Texas. We lived and they will too

Yes we will live, but we are not used to weather like Canada has. Many of us own very little winter clothes. Not kidding. It’s no big deal to you because it’s probably below freezing all the time. In Houston not so much. We normally have 60 degree type winters.
