Greg Abbott. (although I was referring the large Federal government in my statement with all their in-fighting, the state governments “usually” work a bit better at taking care of the people’s needs. In Texas’s case at the moment, they don’t have the infrastructure to handle a once-in-a-120yr snow storm. )
