Best bet is to have your primary care physician write a letter indicating that the vaccine is not recommended for you. He can list whatever health condition you may have, and then say adverse reaction is likely to harm you.
If you were to get fired for not getting the shot at that point, you would have a discrimination lawsuit on your hands. The discrimination would be based on your "disability" or inability to receive the shot.
