He’s right, when you dumb the community down and then allow activists to fill in paperwork such as Mail in ballots the community become reliant on the activist.

All’s great when the activist gets you a free food box,or other free goods.

Bit more difficult when the activist tells them to just go along for your free injection, might have to start offering it as a guaranteed win with a McDonald’s.
