No such agency is probably referring to Space force. NSA is referred to as [NSA]. X22 argued this and made good points

Piggybacking to explain further from Dave/X22Report. At the time of the No Such Agency Q posts, the Space Force was just talk and didn't officially exist yet meaning it literally was no such agency. NSA likely has sleepers and been infiltrated thus necessitating a military controlled version of the NSA: Space Force.
