The military is in charge right now. They are just working behind the scenes so as to not provoke civil unrest by the willful ignorants that would cry foul and take to the streets. Everything will be made manifest soon enough, we just need to have faith in what POTUS has told us and all of the clues they're dropping those of us who are smart enough to see and comprehend.
