Does "The Plan" include a last minute rescue for those of us literally freezing to death down here in Texas?

Without power, we will likely not make it much longer. Below freezing temps inside and outside, dead animals, livestock, and humans are piling up. It's getting to be very hard to "trust" anyone or anything any longer.

I think the problem is more about natural gas pipes freezing. We never get this kind of weather so we didn't winterize everything.
