No one is in custody. Doesn't mean they have not been arrested and read their future if they do not play a role. Right now the role for nancy is to play as crazy as she can be. Or maybe she thinks the good guys lost and is going all in on the batshit crazy. Whatever the case, she is not a white hat, but controlled by white hats. My theory.
