Yes, thats why a lot of these cabalists transgender their kids, if they don't sacrifice them, maybe they have a choice of either. Have you noticed how many of these 'elites' have a child that has died, generally their first born?

They disguise it as, car crash, drug overdose, accident etc., but I think it is all a sacrifice to get where they are.
