The only way Trump knows the future is that he talks to the real Time Traveler, Jesus Christ, who has given Trump and the rest of us a sure Word. Of the 8 dimensions (assuming M-theory), one is merely time itself, one is not directly traversible (because it's a math construct that simplifies some calculations but is ignored in others), and the other six are generally unused because we don't know how to travel a single Planck distance within them. I suspect one of the six is also temporal but don't have a good model for that suspicion.
I haven't heard that CERN is opening these dimensions; it's only creating extraordinary phenomena in our four spacetime dimensions (such as Higgs bosons aka God particles, and potential risks of fleeting micro black holes). ALICE and Shiva are symbols of intent but do not have giant rabbit holes associated. Maybe they need higher speeds and more power to punch through.
