Like the wikipedia warnings on yt videos, there will be something like "whatever plugin" has detected that this video is a deep fake/hologram/whatever(when it's really true) OR "the plugin doesn't detect anything fake" when it's really fake.
I don't believe for a second that they would police themselves.

What will happen is that "truth experts" will have the only credible detectors. The tech won't be available to the common person.
