This guy is reading a post that I saw on facebook back in the fall of 2020. 225k dead is an honest giveaway on when the article was published.

You would think we would have heard more about this in the past 5+ months.

Not that USA Today is a great resource since they're the MSM, but they seem to have done some looking into this and it looks like it might be a hoax:

I get where you're coming from but at the moment, as you look through this thread, there is no source whatsoever of this story. Who wrote this? Which universities are these?

We should be able to answer these questions if this is real.
