The only official thing you need is the fact you are in the U.S. where the constitution already makes it legal for you to NOT wear a mask. The people ignoring the constitution and the fact these mandates are illegal aren't going to give a shit about anything like this either.

Just don't wear one, it's that simple, you don't need to carry around permission to be free.
