I am filed for an “accommodation” at work to not need to mask. I work in MA and the rules here are that your employer (a community college) can make you prove you have a medical condition so you can’t just say ADA protected here. BUT there is the Genetic Information Anti-Discrimination Act (GINA) which you don’t need to disclose that private information.
