In my state (California) it’s even worse. Check out this syllabus for an AEROSPACE ENGINEERING CLASS at a state university: https://www.sjsu.edu/ae/docs/syllabi/AE171A_Syl_Fall2020.pdf A lot of space is taken up talking about SJW stuff like social identity, diversity, etc. even though these have nothing to do with actually designing an aircraft. And it gets even worse - the syllabus states that even if someone were to achieve 100% on the technical portions of the class, they would not pass it if they did not also achieve at least 70% on the SJW assignments!
As an engineer working towards a professional license myself I understand the value of ethics in our profession, but that kind of fluff only serves to push an agenda that has little to do with ethics at all.

Just wait, it doesn't end with school. Endless diversity training/hires in these major companies also.
