Removing regulations, cutting taxes, and allowing Corporations to usurp the authority of Government led to ineffective developments in the US military, price gouging of the American Dollar, and corruption unseen at the top levels of government.

Eisenhower warned against the Military-Industrial Complex for a reason. The MIL-IND is Civilian - not Government.
