Natural gas was out for a lot of folks here... re-routed to feed the E-ville Polluting Power Plants(tm) that had to charge $1500 MWh to cover the shortfall to send a couple of quick 1 squirts of power to the proles who were freezing BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T USE THEIR GAS.

I seriously can't tell if this is just like Grade A, World Famous All-Time Record Breaking Incompetence, or murderously crafty genius strategy.
