When it's in 'private' it makes me think someone or an unnamed group could strongly influence, threaten or blackmail all the SJ without the public's eye on them. I fear this may be what's in the works. And then not so good news coming Monday.
Although, if the military is upholding their honor and oath, they will be 'background' protection.
They meet "in private" to discuss whether or not they will hear the case. It has nothing to do with deciding the case. They can not decide the case until they hear arguments. This is just the first step.
