Complimenting the lovely Kayleigh Mcenany on her beauty (specifically on her hotness) is FAR from disrespectful. It doesn't negate any of her other attributes - her intelligence, her patriotism, her bravery, her nimble combativeness. It actually compliments said attributes - as would any compliment toward her.
