I know but I'm thinking that come Monday if they decide not to proceed and if the military is really in charge it might get the ball rolling. Two very different possible timelines will be created as a result of their decision. Let's pray it's the one swiftest to justice.

If the cases fail to be heard that should be the last line to be crossed for the military. If they don't move soon after that then it's over. Don't forget they have to take all the cases Trump needs to win too... Virtue signaling a single case or 2 does nothing to stop the steal.
