The Supreme Court isn’t like regular trials. They each submit documents arguing for their side, after everything has been submitted the justices review all the documents and in theory goes exactly by the letter of the law. With little to no personal or political influence. That was the loop hole for Texas. If they are corrupt in my opinion they will find a loop hole to squeeze out from hearing it. Going forward any judge will do that actually if they are compromised. There are tons of legal battles going on.
