I don't consider it a failure, there's a lot of Anons out there checking stuff and in many places (too many to peruse each one ourselves). We were given a little bit of often obscure, coded information, it's only natural to dig for more, speculate and create hypothesis to investigate.

I think they are pretty much logistics; procurement, warehousing, distribution, etc. to the combat arms units.
