I object to his designation as the second most prolific serial killer in US history. He is SIXTH, after Samuel Litte, and Democrat governors Whitmer, Murphy, Wolf, Cuomo, and Newsom.

Why do THEY get to be on the loose but Ridgeway is locked up?
