I'm fascinated to try to think up just what kind of picture Q team has based on their resources and tech. I also think if lives can be saved by delaying, then they would absolutely choose delaying the plan.

Xiden seems dead set on imploding our country, so who knows how much time is left based on how much actual authority he has.
