Texas just had a bad storm and already people are getting their electric bills? I guess that means the Post Office is not having any problems in Texas.

Lol electric bills are sent digitally. I don't get any bills mailed to me anymore.

I know, lol Still there is a lag from usage to the actual bill. You don't have a major storm and a electric bill a couple of days later.

Lol. I'm not sure how the unfixed rates thing works... maybe since it fluctuates so much they can check it more??? I'm a Texan, but we have a fixed rate. I don't mess around with that market value crap. That's how you can get screwed...... as these people are now seeing.
