This is starting to look to me like the new narrative to undermine Trump. Just saying. This same refrain has been posted and answered daily. I think he knew the same peopke "selling" the plagye also planned a vaccine to sell literally and he got ahead of it by saying do it and we'll watch you. What else could he do?
