These "vaccines" were supposedly teady to go late in 2019 or early 2020 before the "pandemic", so they were coming either way. So he got behind it for optics to look like a win for him.

I am in the pharm industry, doing deug development. There is NO WAY you could isolate the strain of virus (which they haven't), identify the receptors needed to target the drug on, and design/manufacture/test the novel therapeutic in the time period they claimed they did it in. Absolutely no way.
