On January 11th 2020, Secretary of State Pompeo released a press statement imposing sanctions on seven individuals and four entities that were part of a Russia (Russia Russia)-linked foreign influence network for meddling in our election.
"Today, the United States is imposing sanctions on seven individuals and four entities that are part of a Russia-linked foreign influence network associated with Andrii Derkach, who was designated on September 10, 2020, pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13848 for his attempt to influence the 2020 U.S. Presidential election. Derkach, a member of the Ukrainian parliament, has been an active Russian agent for more than a decade, maintaining close connections with Russian intelligence services."
The very next day, the National Guard was deployed to D.C. to stop the "most violent insurrectionists in the history of the world".

EOs are “active” from the moment they are signed (after legal review). They’re not sitting on a shelf waiting “to be used.”
No believes these “7 individuals and 4 entities” comprise the total crime syndicate which continues to prosper internationally and on American soil.
Assuming Pompeo’s announcement is the tip of the iceberg, much should be happening beneath the surface.
If not...
I guess a better way I could have stated it was to show that it was actually being utilized.
But, the more I look into the names listed on the statement, the more it seems it was being used against us and not for us.
