Yes, it's no surprise the movie came out right at the height of the racial justice movement in Trump's America. I saw the movie for the first time a few months ago, and WOW it's clearly a propaganda piece when viewing it through a modern lens. The movie is filled with clever lines about arming black people worldwide so they can kill their oppressors and rise up to form a new society.
