A friend for 40+ years posted this on Facebook "I have always thought I was the beneficiary of an excellent education because my parents sent me to private Catholic schools. I thought we were taught well in the areas of research, critical thinking and logic. I am disheartened by the sheer number of people who shared my educational background who boarded and rode the Trump train, who bought into the lies around the election, who hold Rush Limbaugh up as a role model, who attempt to justify the insurrection and who spread conspiracy theories such as those espoused by QAnon. I now wonder if the schools that I’ve always considered to be of a higher standard were either just average or just elitist?" I want to respond, not to start a fight or WW3 but everything that I start to writer gets my blood boiling. Yes, I know I could ignore it, delete her or snooze her BUT Q tells us we need to help educate and I am at a loss. So, I thought I would reach out to my fellow frens and get some help and ideas. Anyone?

Someone who is that heavily invested in the Kool-Aid might be impervious to anything you say. It appears (if that is a direct and complete quote by your friend) that the indoctrination has set in concrete at this point. If it were me wondering about this question, I think I would not totally ignore it, but don't respond. Rather, I would put that into my "PENDING" file for a future response. A time will come, and it will come sooner rather than later, when all Americans are going to be stunned and questioning their "reality." At that time, go to your PENDING file and resurrect that quote, and try as gently as you can to unpack it, assumption by assumption, point by point, and help your friend into the new reality that will be upon us.
Just my two-cents' worth.
I really like your idea of a "pending" file. There are so many people I will put in this file to contact later and remind them how wrong they were. Thanks for that idea.
Well... not so much to "remind them how wrong they were" but more in the sense of "they will be going through a very bad time adjusting to the new reality" and you can be there to help them understand what is going on, and why.
We entered a new paradigm of American politics the day Trump came down the escalator and a few of us realized it. Rush Limbaugh certainly realized it, as did quite a few average citizens....like me. The old ways of doing things are slowly coming to an end, too slowly for me, but I accept that it has to be that way.
But a day is coming when all hell is going to break loose.... mass arrests, traitors tried by military tribunals, incarcerations to be sure, and maybe a few executions, although I can't be certain of that. The very philosophical and political ground on which many Americans stand will be shaking and splitting open. At that point, when the full horror of what has been going on becomes public, that is the time when we can be of most use to our fellow Americans.
Starting with friends and family, simply let them know what you know and how you know it. It's as simple as that. That, I believe, is why the Q team created the Q drops in the first place....for us to be somewhat knowledgeable about what is going on and to help others understand. Not everyone has taken this journey, and there will be millions of Americans who will need assurances that all is well and that Patriots are in charge.
CNN, NBC, CBS, and all of the MSM will be taken over and not spewing their usual blather. So... that's where we come in. Hang in there.
