Yeah, it's a thing. I haven't looked into it too much but for some reason 3-4 am is considered the witching hour. I think it's because the world seems at its quietest around that time

I lived on the grounds at what had been at one point a Nazi work camp and that continued under the Soviets. This is a place where bad shit happened. There was a lot of paranormal activity at 3am specifically.
