This story got repetitive after a while. Definitely slanted. But the takeaway is, rich guy owns a restaurant/hotel, and expects special perks while there that he's absolutely entitled to. And while I haven't worked in the restaurant industry myself, I've known many who have, and those people work hard and take pride in taking good care of their guests.
