The problem with this theory is that the virus was man made, man made virus's do not do well in the 'wild' they often mutate causing them to become useless. They do not really survive outside of labs well at all. constant infections with the lab grown virus are needed to ensure survival, but this is only temporary.

There is a reason we have not seen many bio weapons used they don't work. If they worked the deep state would not have to make it up.
