What a farce....

There is no effin way in Hell Would they even pass the discovery stage of the trial.

So what is EXACTLY the point behind these crazy arse lawsuits they will never win ?

To try and scare the defendant and for public perception. That is it. They will not take anything to trial because they will lose everything when discovery happens.
