Let's cool it with the belief based suggestions and try comprehension instead, shall we?

SPACE, noun (Latin spatium, space; spatior, to wander) - "pure space is capable neither of resistance nor motion".

Let's apply comprehension: "to wander" in combination with "capable neither of resistance nor motion" equals...contradiction.

EXPECT', verb transitive (Latin expecto; ex and specto) - "to wait for". Wouldn't "to wait for" within motion (thanks to upheld beliefs) represent ones ignorance of motion?

what we expect our species can accomplish

What is it that one can "accomplish" (to complete; to finish entirely) within the motion of inception towards death? Could "life" be an accomplishment, and wouldn't that put the value on sustaining it within motion, instead of expecting accomplishments, while ignoring (through beliefs) to sustain life?
