Say if things go according to plan and the military takes over and restore the Republic with these judges step down for treason?

The civilian government is corrupt because the people and the culture are corrupt (abortion, porn, fornication, atheism, communism etc.). Without a religious revival and a return to God, there is no restoring the Republic. Augustus considered restoring the Republic but decided against it. The people were too corrupt and disordered and, quite frankly, did not deserve a Republic.
