Drop it all with pictures. Some, bless their hearts, just can't comprehend what they read, so, perhaps a "see Spot Run" type of info for those people. Just drop it all, People are a lot stronger than we give them credit. Sure, many will be upset, sad, angry, etc, but I feel many would be more upset if their internet/cell phones went out.
